William Fitzpatrick holds a degree in English and Philosophy from St. Francis Xavier University. While his research interest has flitted, flipped, and flopped from phenomenology and continental philosophy to architecture and design, his most longstanding research interest is modern American literature. He was the editor for The Frequent & Vigorous Quarterly literary magazine, which, as publications grew more infrequent and less vigorous, has since become defunct. He rests, rants, and raves in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

Kyra Simone is an American living in Paris, a former New Yorker, and Angeleno by birth. She is a writer in an upstairs room, a transitory city dweller, and old world flaneur. She fleetingly writes a column called Kiki in the Metro, with forthcoming work to appear in Conjunctions and Black Clock. If you google her name, you will most likely be inundated with information about a voluptuous R'n'B singer, but we assure you, that is not our Kyra.
Nafkote Tamirat hails from Boston, Massachusetts and is currently living in Paris to get the coarse Boston air out of her blood. Her work has appeared in Rose & Thorn Journal and is forthcoming in Birkensnake and Anemone Sidecar. She likes Her Royal Majesty but is not a Royalist.
Harriet Lye is the founder of Her Royal Majesty, and is a writer living in Paris.

Marie Juliette Verga is a dance and theatre critic, arts reporter, and translator living in Paris.
Grant Creegan, Scottish international footballer (still time), went to art college in Dundee, went again in Southern Illinois before landing in Edinburgh where he swapped his paint brush for web design. Keeps looking over his shoulder at the colouring in books and feels another swap coming on.
